TASTE OF INDIA
Explore a taste of both the North and South of this wildly diverse and energetic country. This is the perfect tour if you don't want to miss out on seeing some of everything and almost ALL meals are included too!
In the North, beneath the majestic Himalayas, you’ll find impressive ruins, romantic palaces, vibrant markets, and a rich tapestry of culture and cuisine. Boasting deserts, rugged mountains, lush deltas, and powerful rivers, North India is steeped in the legacies of Hindu and Mughal influences. This is the India in your dreams - picture a land of mysterious forts, colourful bazaars, and a vibrant atmosphere that captivates the senses.
In contrast, the South is bordered by vast oceans, revealing beautiful beaches and serene backwaters, along with awe-inspiring temples and a rich heritage shaped by Portuguese, Dutch, British, and Chinese influences. The climate here is a mix of tranquility and energy, with warm ocean breezes meeting the lush Western Ghats, leading to fertile landscapes of rice paddies and tea plantations, jungles, and cascading waterfalls. South India shines with its ornate temples, cultural monuments, and Ayurvedic treatments, while also boasting its own distinct languages and traditions.
